A Pilot Study of the Innovation of the Education on Highway Employees

Expediting the development of human resources in highway industry and the cultivation of the talents with high skills,and improving the quality of the whole staff in this industry have become the necessary conditions for improving the core competitiveness of highway departments.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the education on the employees in highway departments,the paper puts forward the ideas and methods of the innovation of the education on highway employees.
