地方院校开放办学的现状及对策探析——以嘉兴学院为例

开放办学是高校特别是地方院校积极履行服务社会使命，实现快速发展的必然选择。嘉兴学院作为一所比较典型的新建地方院校，拥有较好的开放办学的外部条件和内部基础，近年来在立足地方、开放办学中实现了较快发展，但仍面临多种因素的制约。地方院校要进一步推进开放办学，则必须把开放办学融入教育教学全过程，融入师资队伍建设，融入学科建设与科研工作，融入社会服务。
