| Abstract: | The paper gives an induction and summary of the present situation and the causes of the power charge review-content and non-importance from the technical and policy aspects. Through the list of benefit analysis of several examples, the paper presents that the consequences of each case can not be ignored, and explains that the contents of the power charge of each review are very important and a must so as to promote the comprehensive attention to the contents of the power charge review in all sectors. |
