摘    要:市场营销学是一门综合性和应用性很强的学科,当代营销环境的复杂性,使得企业的营销决策变得更难,企业也对营销人才提出了较高的衡量标准。新的环境对于营销的教学也提出了更高的要求,如何优化营销教学的效果,成为当代大学教师必须思考的问题。笔者在自己多年的教学经验基础上,提出了如下观点:一、与时俱进,不断优化教学能力;二、理论联系实际,优化教学内容;三、注意教学周期的特点,多角色定位,优化教学模式;四、运用现代教育技术,完善教学手段。

Abstract:Marketing is a comprehensive and applied subject, owing to the complexity of present marketing environment, it is very hard to make a marketing decision for a company. And the companies also ask for more ability from marketing people. The new environment must push the marketing teaching to stand a higher position. So how to optimize the effect of the classroom teaching of marketing has been a problem for the university teacher to think about. With these several years teaching experience in this field, the author provides the following suggestion: the first, continuous to optimize the teaching ability. The second, linking the theory with practice to optimize the teaching content. The third, with the development of teaching cycle, making teacher position diversified. The fourth, using modem teaching technology optimizes teaching ways.
