高校人才培养与企业人才对接研究

摘    要:培养企业适合的人才早在20实际80年代已经提出。我国也因其丰厚的人力资源高速发展,基础教育也一直在世界上处于领先的地方。但越来越多企业开始对于刚刚走出"象牙塔"的学生进行"再培养",或者距大多数的应届毕业生于千里之外。这样的做法必定是资源的进一步的浪费。同时也反映出我们高等教育中所体现出的问题。我们不得不将目光聚焦在有关于就业的三方中——高校,学生以及企业。本文将就高校培养的人才与企业对接进行研究,探讨三方之间的关系。并对于高校培养人才提供建议。

Abstract:Training qualified student for company has been advanced for a long time ago.In addition,owning abundant human resources,China education developed at top speed.Our students are leading the way in the foundation education.More and move graduates are retrained or refused by a several of society organizations.It must be a wasting.This mirror many problems in education.In various sections of society,we must focus on the three parts of taking up an occupation.According to these problems,the paper will provide the resolutions for the graduates educating on campus.
