摘    要:随着环境与技术的变化,组织网络已经成为企业生存环境的重要组成部分。尽管资源学派强调组织内部的资源能力是竞争优势的主要来源,企业外部网络对竞争优势的贡献也已经被越来越多的学者所认识。本文在进一步归纳两种不同竞争优势来源观的基础上,重点讨论了内部资源能力与外部网络在创造竞争优势时的互动关系,最后通过理性期望模型分析了内部资源能力与外部网络及其整合对建立企业竞争优势的作用。

Abstract:Resource based view argues that internal resource and capability are key determinants of competitive advantage. But as the formation of inter-organizational network, more and more researchers pointed out external network relationships also have unique contribution to the competitive advantage of the firm. In fact, two perspectives of strategy are inter-related. We first analyze the interaction between two perspectives theoretically. Then through a mathematic model, we discuss the effect of internal resource/capability, external network and their integration on creating competitive advantage. Management implications also are discussed at the last of the paper.
