| 摘 要： | 根据国内外学者对于创业导向这一构念的研究,旨在总结创业导向的概念和维度,着重分析创业导向在向企业绩效进行转化过程中的调节效应和中介路径,并对其研究方法做了总结性的归纳。最后对创业导向研究的进一步发展提出了完善的建议。

| Abstract: | According to the scholars＇ research on the construct of entrepreneurial orientation at home and abroad, the paper tries to summarize the concept and dimension of entrepreneurial orientation. It especially analyzes mediating effect and intermediary path when entrepreneurial orientation is transforming into corporate performance. It makes a summary of research methods and puts forward some suggestions of futlhering the research on entrepreneurial orientation. |
