非智力因素在高职数学教学中的作用与发展

Role and Development of Nonintellectual Factors in Mathematics Teaching at Higher Vocational Colleges

A person's success is connected with both intellectual and nonintellectual factors.The cultivation of intelligence weighs much in traditional education than nonintellectual factors.In the study of educational theories and teaching approaches,there is a trend of weakening the nonintellectual factors.However,nonintellectual abilities play an important part in students' learning and work life.To strengthen the development of students' nonintellectual abilities could possess the students of rich,optimistic,positive and healthy mentalities.Measures to reinforce the education of nonintellectual factors include increasing students' learning interest and thinking ability,developing students' confidence in learning mathematics,and training students' strong power of will.
