| 摘 要： | 合理有序的科技人才流动,是优化科技人才资源,推动生产力发展的重要条件.广西北部湾经济区建设过程中,发挥科技资源优势,促进科技成果转化,应该着眼于科技人才流动的现状,针对当前广西北部湾经济区科技人才流动过程中所出现的问题,在广西北部湾经济区构建初、中、高3类不同层次的科技人才流动机制,才能实现广西北部湾经济区人才队伍的协调发展.

| Abstract: | Reasonable and ordered technological talent flow is a crucial condition for optimizing technological talents and propelling the development of productivity.During the construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,the paper maintains that the advantage of technological resources and the transformation of technological outcomes should be based on the status quo of technological talent flow.According to the existing problems of technological talent flow in the economic zone, the paper further holds that the construction of elementary,intermediate and advanced levels of technological talent flow framework can contribute to the harmonious development of talent flow in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. |
