| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the characteristics and existing situation of department Communist Party organization in higher vocational colleges and party members＂ questionnaire survey, this paper presents some proposals about how to enhance and improve the construction of department Communist Party organization in higher vocational colleges in terms of organization structure, operating mechanism, working mode and working efficiency. |
