| 摘 要： | 工作分析是组织人力资源管理体系的基础。工作分析工具可分为工作定向工具、工作者定向工具和认知任务分析工具三类。企业在选择工作分析工具时需要考虑目的、成本、工作特点等因素。工作分析流程主要包括明确目标、搜集背景信息、选择工作样本等步骤。
