| 摘 要： | 对企业信息化的水平和效益进行评价时需要考虑的因素很多,为了引导企业信息化目标和业务战略目标的匹配、强化企业信息化的管理和治理能力,将平衡计分卡的思想引入到企业信息化的评价中,根据全面、系统、平衡、实用等原则构建了企业信息化的评价指标体系,并探讨了运用该评价体系对企业信息化绩效进行综合评价的操作思路。

| Abstract: | Many factors should be considered when we evaluate the level and efficiency of the enterprise informatization.In order to conduct the aim of the enterprise informatization matching the aim of the business strategy and strengthen the managerial power of the enterprise informatization,the article constructs an evaluation index system for enterprise informatization on the basis of overall,systematic,balancing and practical principles of BSC.Then with an example,a comprehensive evaluation approach is employed to analyze the use of the index system. |
