中国商贸流通业增长能力的综合测度:1978—2008

基于商贸流通业自身发展和推动经济社会发展的重要作用,建立包含规模与水平、现代化程度、潜力与环境、增长质量、经济社会影响力五个维度的流通业增长能力综合评价指标体系。通过因子分析法测算出商贸流通业增长能力指数,并采用DPS数据处理系统分析1978—2008年中国流通业增长能力各阶段特征及影响流通业增长能力的五个维度,结果显示,流通业增长能力有了明显的提高,其主要来源是规模与水平的变化,而不是增长质量、影响力指标的贡献,说明流通业的增长方式仍然是粗放型增长方式,需要加快向集约型增长方式转变。

Comprehensive Measuring of Growth Ability of China's Trade Circulation Industry:1978-2008

From the aspect of trade circulation industry developing and its function in promoting economy and society development,this article builds a comprehensive evaluation target system of growth ability in circulation industry which includes five dimensionalities: scale and level,modernization,potential and environment,financial situation,and comprehensive social contribution.The article neatens target data by equalization method and analytical hierarchy process,and uses common arithmetic weighted mean synthetic model to estimate the index of growth ability of trade circulation industry.Based on the index,analyses shows that the features about growth ability of trade circulation industry in 31 years and five dimensions which affect growth ability of trade circulation industry,and the way is proposed to enhance growth quality of China′s trade circulation industry.
