| Abstract: | Human resources risk management includes two aspects： human resources,risk and human resource management risks.Risks on human resources management have process theory,level theory,effect theory,function theory,prediction theory other classification methods;the prevention and control of human resources management are from the prevention and control of risk level,prevention and control stage,control measures,prevention and control strategies,risk assessment and early warning indicator system and other related research on different aspects. |
