| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种实践可持续发展理念的新的经济发展模式,是缓解资源、环境与经济发展之间矛盾的根本途径。我国循环经济发展尚处于初级阶段,面临着观念、制度、体制、机制、技术等诸多方面因素的制约。文章针对循环经济发展的现状和存在的问题及其制约因素,提出了我国循环经济的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Circular Economy refers to a new economic development mode that puts the sustainable development ideas into practice, which is a basic way to relieve the imbalance between resource environment and economic development. The development of circular economy in China is still in primary stage, which is restricted by many factors, such as mindset, system, and techniques. Based on the status quo of circular economy, problems and its restraints, the article sets forth the related countermeasures for improving China＇s circular economy. |
