拉拔低塑性金属异型材的四辊辊拉模的新设计

摘    要:辊拉模在拉拔塑性较好的金属线材时效果十分明显,但在拉拔塑性较差的金属线材特别是异型材时,常发生拉断现象,影响加工的连续进行。结合轧制的特点,将被动式辊拉模变成主动式用于拉拔低塑性金属异型材。

New Design of Four- High Roller Die for Drawing Special- Shaped Wire of Low Plastic Deformation Metal

Abstract:It is very conspicuous that the effect of drawing plastic deformation metal wire with miler die is better, but some broken wires often appear when it is used for drawing wire, especially special - shaped wire of low plastic deformation metal. That has bad effects on continual drawing. Based on the drawing characteristics, the driven roller die is modified to drive roller die for drawing special - shaped wire of low plastic deformation metal.
