| 摘 要： | 本文根据上海调整产业结构,转变经济增长方式,率先形成以服务经济为主的产业结构的战略发展要求,客观分析了上海服务业发展的现状和问题,提出了上海加快发展服务业的战略目标和战略重点,并分别从政府层面和行业层面提出了推进上海服务业发展的具体措施建议。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of strategic development in Shanghai that adjust industrial structure and transform economic growth mode, the paper analyzes current situation of service industry in Shanghai and its problems. It also raises strategic goals of accelerating the development of Shanghai’s service industry and puts forward some concrete suggestion from the angles of governments and the whole industry. |
