| 摘 要： | 以粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)氧化残渣回收利用实验室技术为基础,介绍了建设一套1 kt/a工业化CTA氧化残渣回收试验装置的工艺流程选择情况,提出了初步的工程技术方案。从设备操作、工艺运行等方面分析了工业化试验存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the laboratory technology of recycle of CTA oxidation residue,the process selection situation for establishing a set of 1 kt/a experimental plant for recycle of commercial CTA oxidation residue was introduced, and the primary engineering scheme was pointed out.The result of commercial experiment was discussed in aspect of equipment operation,and improving measures were raised accordingly. |
