区域经济发展中的协调问题研究：一个文献述评

从互补与协调理论的角度看,区域经济发展的不平衡或落后地区经济长期处于欠发达状态,不能简单地归结为某些基本经济变量的不足或社会文化价值观念的差异,在很大程度上它是某些历史因素和预期通过经济互补和规模经济影响区域经济多重均衡的结果,是区域经济发展中的协调失灵。协调问题是内生的、持续的,矫正协调失灵关键是要为解决协调失灵的各种方案、机制的产生创造一种制度环境。

A Study of the Coordination Problem of Countryside Economic Development: A Document Commentary

From the perspective of complimentary and coordination,the situation of the unbalance in countryside economic development and the undeveloped economic status of some undeveloped areas,should not be simply sum up as the insufficiency of some basic economic variables or due to the value differences in the society.To a large extent,it's due to historical reasons and the result of multi balance of anticipated economic complimentary and the influence of scope economy.It also cause coordination malfunction.Coordination is a internal and persistent problem.The key to solve it is the establishment of a systematic environment through adapting different methods and system.
