新时期我国外资政策的双面性分析及取向

已有的外资战略和政策对我国经济发展一直起着积极的推动作用。但鉴于现有的引资理论基础已发生改变，且引资政策中也存在许多负面效应。因此本文在问题分析的基础上，明确了外资政策的双面性，强调了当前调整外资战略政策的迫切性，并提出我国引资战略的政策取向。

Orientation and the Dual Effects Analysis of the Foreign Investment Policies in China at the New Period

The current strategies and policies for foreign investment have been playing an active role in promoting the economic development in China. On the fact that basic changes have occurred in the actual economic conditions supporting the current capital introduction theories, from which some negative effects arise, this paper points out the dual effects of foreign investment policies, emphasizes the pressing inevitability for the adjustment of foreign investment strategy, and propose the policy orientation of foreign capital introduction strategy in accordance with question analysis.
