摘    要:高等教育服务的满意度主要就是考察高校在读的学生对其教育服务多个方面的满意程度。学生的学习自由是受教育者意愿的行为表达,是个人利益的外在表现,是提高高等教育服务满意度的关键点,学习自由包括学生选择学校、专业和课程的权利。提升我国高校教育服务满意度的战略思路包括:理顺高校内外部的教育法律关系,保障我国高校自主权;搭建大专业平台、完善转专业制度;推进选课制和学分制的深入发展。

Abstract:Satisfactory higher education service is concerned with the right of study of college students in their expression of will and interests of education. Aspects of autonomous learning include students choosing school, specialty and curriculum, which is essential for improving higher education service satisfaction. This paper discusses rationalizing legal relations of higher education institutions inside out, safeguarding autonomy of higher education in China, constructing professional platform, improving quality of courses and the continuing of credit system.
