| 摘 要： | 欧盟的环境政策既体现了世界先进的环境管理思想和方法 ,又对我国与欧盟的贸易影响甚大。我们必须对欧盟环境政策的决策机制、制定原则和具体内容进行研究 ,期望能对我国今后经济与社会、环境的协调持续发展和尽可能规避对欧贸易的“环境壁垒”风险有所借鉴和启发。

| Abstract: | Embodying the world's advanced ideology and methodology in environmental management, European Union's environmental policy has a strong influence on Sino- EU trade. Therefore, in-depth studies should be made in the field of its policy-making mechanism, principles and the detailed contents so as to draw useful lessons for the sustainable development of China's economy, society and environment as well as for avoiding the risk of "environment barrier" in trading with Europe. |
