| 摘 要： | 我国已加入WTO，将在权利和义务平衡的基础上，在享受权利的同时，遵守WTO规则，履行自己的承诺。我国建设监理行业面临同遇和挑战。本论述了加入WTO，对我国建设监理行业的影响；有利方面和不利 方面的影响，面临的挑战，提出对策措施。
