| 摘 要： | 文章分析放弃人民币盯住美元汇率制度的理由,阐述人民币汇率制度不具备实行单独浮动的条件,也不宜使人民币完全盯住一篮子货币,中国人民银行公告以市场供求为基础的、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度是可行的.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the reasons of abolishing the RMB regime of U.S.dollar-pegged exchang rate,expounds that the RMB exchang rate recently can't qualtfy the condition of the free floating patton and will not fully peg RMB to a basket of currencies;a public annoucement of the People's Bank of China that China will reform the exchange rate regime by moving into a managed floating exchang rate regime based on market suply and demand with reference to a basket of currencie is feasible. |
