| 摘 要： | 文章以APEC中19个成员国作为研究对象，从通用产品安全政策、“安全产品”的定义、市场监管活动及其执行、产品安全信息交流与跨境合作、管制产品（消费品和电子电气产品）的市场监管机构以及消费者意识6个方面，分析了这些成员国产品安全市场监管机制的异同。最后根据分析的结果，对我国产品安全市场监管机制建设提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | As for the nineteen members of APEC, this article studies and analyzes the market surveillance mechanisms of product safety, in the view of general product safety policies, definition of safe product, market surveillance activities and implementation, exchange of product safety information, across-border cooperation, market surveillance bodies for prescribed products, consumer consciousness. It also gives some suggestions in the end. |
