| 摘 要： | 随着农业现代化发展，新型农业经营主体大量涌现，逐步参加和主导了农田水利工程运行维养，并对传统运行维养模式转变产生了积极影响。通过对新型农业经营主体及供销合作组织参与农田水利工程建设、维养情况，存在的问题和难点等分析，提出了鼓励扶持的意见和建议，为创新农田水利工程运行维养模式，深化农业水价综合改革提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of agricultural modernization,a large number of new agricultural business entities have emerged,participating and leading the operation and maintenance of irrigation and water conservancy projects gradually,and having a positive impact on the transformation of traditional operation and maintenance mode.This paper focuses on the analysis of the participation of new agricultural business entities and supply marketing cooperation organization participating in construction operation and maintenance of irrigation and water conservancy,and existing problems and difficulties.Thus,the paper puts forward the encouraging and supporting opinions and suggestions,so as to provide a useful reference for innovating the operation in maintenance mode of irrigation and water conservancy projects,and deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price. |
