| 摘 要： | 相对货币收入即干部的工资外待遇收入。超出规定的相对货币收入就是特殊化,特殊化是腐败的表现。限制相对货币收入扩大化、反对干部特殊化是密切党同人民群众的血肉联系的重要之举,是反腐败斗争的一个重要任务。

| Abstract: | Relative monetary income refers to the extra income out of the officials' salaries -position - related consumption. The relative monetary income against stipulations is just a form of corruption. Therefore, restricting the expansion of relative monetary income and guarding against the officials' specialization is a vital step to strengthen the link between the Party and the masses as well as a great task for anti-corruption work. |
