| 摘 要： | 本文通过拓展的Spengler纵向模型,分析了产品内分工条件下跨国公司向东道国转移技术的条件和资本密集型重化工业创新的弱势,证明了重化工业化阶段东道国对资本化技术的重复引进是稳定均衡,提出只有政府干预才能加快资本密集工业的自主创新,实现重工业深化和产业结构升级。
