| 摘 要： | 国际上社区教育经历了不同的发展阶段,我国社区教育发展借鉴了国际社区教育发展的经验和教训,表现出一定的后发优势,现存的社区教育激进模式基本符合科学发展观.政府主导型社区教育驱动模式是适应我国国情的社区教育驱动模式.建立一体化行政管理体系;深度挖掘社区教育资源;对社区教育资源进行整合以及完善资源共享的保障机制等是我国社区教育事业发展的途径.

| Abstract: | There are many different development steps about community education. Some late development superiorities have been taken on by summing up foreign experience of community development. The Radical Model of community education, which exists in the management system for community education, measures up Concept of Scientific Development. Government - oriented community education driven model adapts to China national condition. And then, a integrative administrative management is proposed. We should deeply search for community educational resources to realize resource integration and consummate the safeguard mechanism of resource share. |
