| 摘 要： | 采用访谈法、问卷调查法等方式探讨了企业社会责任表现对组织行为变量的影响.研究发现,企业社会责任表现与企业员工感受到的组织吸引力有显著的正相关;与员工的企业声望感、组织承诺以及工作满意度也有显著的正相关.
