摘    要:针对流域水利综合规划的特点,将改进的AHP-FCE评价模型运用于流域水利综合规划后评价,建立了评价指标体系,并确定评价指标权重及隶属度。运用构建的模糊综合评价模型对淮河流域水利综合规划进行实例分析。结果表明,淮河流域水利综合规划后评价的满意度为较好。
