| Abstract: | Based on the stakeholder theory,a circle structure of regional stakeholders in the allocation of interregional water resources was put forward.The stakeholders at different levels and the variations in regional interests in the allocation of water resources of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion were investigated.It aimed to improve the cooperation between the receiving areas and the transfer areas and to adjust interregional interests. |
