金安桥大坝碾压混凝土芯样及原位抗剪试验

摘    要:根据设计要求,对金安桥水电站大坝碾压混凝土钻孔取芯,检测芯样性能,进行现场原位抗剪试验.检测结果表明,芯样外观光滑致密,骨料分布均匀,力学性能、极限拉伸和耐久性均满足设计要求;压水试验透水率小于1Lu;刷新了在同一个碾压混凝土钻孔中取出3根超过10m的芯样纪录.现场原位抗剪试验表明,大坝碾压混凝土层(缝)面接合良好,满足抗滑稳定要求.大坝碾压混凝土工程质量满足设计要求,整体质量良好.

Abstract:The three recorded concrete core samples with length more than 10 m were obtained in the construction of Jin'anqiao RCC dam.The checks and tests show that:(a)sample appearance is smooth and dense,and the aggregate is evenly distributed;(b)the mechanical properties,ultimate tensile strength and durability meet the design requirements;and(c)the permeability rate gained by water pressure test is less than 1 Lu.The in-situ shear tests show that the interfaces(joints)of RCC lifts have a good bonding and meet the...
