摘    要:在价值网竞争的新形势下,现代企业要在四个层次——员工层、部门层、公司层、网络层上实施内部营销战略,这样企业不仅可以获得自身单一价值链的竞争优势,而且还可以获得价值网的整体竞争优势。

Abstract:On this new value-network-based competitive age,in order to not only acquire the competitive edge of business' sole value chain,but also win the holistic competitive advantages of the whole value network,modern enterprises should apply internal marketing strategy's application on four levels,that are the employee level,department level,enterprise level and value network level.
