| 摘 要： | 通过利用湖北省统计年鉴等相关资料,对湖北省经济发展与就业关系进行了实证研究,结果显示:湖北经济增长对劳动力的吸纳能力呈现出明显的阶段性特点;就业结构的变化与产业结构调整基本一致;经济增长对劳动力吸纳能力在不同产业间存在明显的差异.此外,在湖北省经济发展过程中存在一系列就业问题.建议继续调整产业结构,大力发展第三产业;鼓励发展中小企业;大力推进城镇化进程,培育新的就业增长点.
