Management System of National New Areas and Domain Status and Strategic Tropism

National new areas are an important part of national regional coordinated development,which are often given many favorable policies and some special rights in antecedence and trying.Its development related not only a certain areas development,but also the total strategy and arrangement of China’s economic and social development.Management system will influence the efficiency and effect,and decide development trend and efficiency,and the domain is an important carrier to realize urban economic and social function.Management and domain setting-up has great influence on national new areas.By investigating into four national new areas’ management system and domain setting-up,we could find that: they are influenced mutually,and develop coordinately which decide the developing road of national new areas.
