Financing problems have become the biggest obstacle for the development of Chinese high-tech enterprises.So it is very necessary to resolve the financing problems.This paper presents suggestions of increase government investment,promot the development of venture funds,developing the second stock market,interact with the traditional enterprises.All these measures may encourage commercial banks to provide more loans to initiate high-tech enterprises.
