| 摘 要： | 广州市通过几年的蕴量和研究,于2005年10月最终完成了行政区划调整.在整个实施过程中,广州市委一直严格保密,甚至连同级人民代表大会也未通报.文章在分析这一事件的基础上,对现行的政府信息公开的必要性和现状进行了研究,对未来信息公开的发展提出了相应的出路展望.

| Abstract: | After several years planning and investigating,Guangzhou city finalized the adjustement of its administrative division.During the whole process,Guangzhou Municipal Committee keep it as a top secret,and even Guanzhou Peolpe's Congress is also not informed.Based on the analysis of this event,the article research on the necessary and status of Governmental Information Publicity,and subsequently bring out the long-term outlook for its future. |
