| 摘 要： | 从管理的角度看,旅游目的地是最为困难的管理对象之一.而对于处于边界地区的目的地来说,对其施加影响,促进其实现可持续发展的困难就更为突出.目的地管理问题往往同各利益相关组织之间的依赖与协作有关.在文献回顾的基础上,本文提出了一个跨界组织之间建立合作关系的OSL模型,用以描述跨界旅游目的地建立组织问合作关系的过程与动力机制.并选择一个处于两镇三村交界地区的旅游目的地作为案例,对模型进行了经验性验证.该模型提出的"一个导向,两类循环和三个阶段",对边界地区的旅游目的地实现跨界合作有借鉴意义. |
