摘    要:国有商业银行股份制改革的不断推进,使银行原有的经营机制、管理体系、业务流程都发生了根本变化。因为银行员工已习惯于旧体制下稳定的工作环境和平缓的职业发展进程,面对这种巨大的变革,员工容易对企业失去信心,对前途感到迷茫,进而对工作产生强烈的不安全感(Job Insecurity)和压力感。如何调动员工的积极性,缓解管理层与员工之间的紧张关系,建立新形势下和谐发展的企业组织,已成为转型后商业银行面临的重要管理课题。而EAP在银行中的应用,则高度体现了商业银行对员工全方位的人文关怀。

Abstract:The forward of state-owned commercial bank's reform triggered fundamental changes in original marketing mechanism,management system and business procedure.Traditionally bank employees are accustomed to the stable working environment and slow career development,facing this immense reform,they are apt to lose confidence for the future of the enterprise,feel disappointed to the future,so as strong sense of job insecurity and pressure is formed.How to motivate employee's enthusiasm and sooth the tense relation between the management and the employment,build harmonious enterprise under new trend is becoming an important administrative task for transformed commercial ban-ks.Employee Assistance Plan's implementation is highly reflecting comprehensive humane concern for the employees.
