基于非线性系统辨识的油墨预置建模研究

摘    要:在对油墨预置技术进行深入研究和分析的基础上,基于系统辨识技术,利用二元插值法建立了考虑不同墨区因素的网点面积率与墨键开度值关系的三维数学模型,并将此模型的计算精度与文献中的最小二乘法建模精度进行了比较。通过试验数据验证表明,二元插值方法比最小二乘法建立的数学模型具有更高的精度。

Abstract:With the study and analysis on ink presetting technique and system identification theory,the mathematical model containing the relation between dot percentage in different zones and ink key openning value was established using binary interpolation. To compare calculating errors of two kinds of models,it is ensured that the accuracy of the binary interpolation mathematical model is higher than least-squares.
