| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了部分国家公众参与水资源管理的经验。然后,针对公众参与水资源管理的独特性,归纳了部分国内外学者的研究观点。最后,介绍了我国公众参与水资源管理方面的研究情况。同时,针对我国公众参与水资源管理的不足,提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | This article firstly introduces some experiences of the public participant in water resource administration in several other countries, and it concludes some points of the researchers at home and aboard, bases on the unique characters of public participant in water resource. It gives some operable advices at last. |
