| 摘 要： | FDI的人力资本效应是FDI的技术外溢一个重要渠道。其主要通过跨国公司对东道国的研发机构、教育系统和在职培训直接或间接的影响而产生。同时，人力资本的发展也会促进FDI技术外溢的吸收，促成东道国实质性的发展。

| Abstract: | The effects of FDI on domestic human capital,which has direct and indirect effect is one way of technical spillovers of FDI.FDI is very important for the domestic human capital through investing on R&D,education and employee training.Meanwhile,enhanced human capital will speed up the absorbing technical spillovers of FDI,facilitate domestic development really. |
