Specialized Division of Labor, Network Organization and the Analysis of Evolving Mechanism for Industrial Clusters

The formation and development of industrial clusters are not only the result of deepening of division of labor,but also the result of the arrangement of given transitional systems.The basic motive of the division of labor is the expansion of trust,and network guarantees the smooth development of the whole division process based on its function of providing information and regulation.Therefore,division of labor is restricted not only by market scale or scope,but also restricted by transactional efficiency in the arrangement of institutions.The role of government in industrial clusters is to pay more attention to the construction of business policies,and to regulate the trust of transactions in general in order to reduce transaction cost,promote the sustainable and the healthy development of industrial clusters.
