| 摘 要： | 随着我国参加了WTO后，工业经济进入起飞阶段，能源、资源、环境相应的浪费和污染严重制约我国可持续发展。发达国家上世纪已制定了完备的循环经济和再制造法律、法规和标准，其装备和汽车行业再制造成为循环经济发展的典范，我国循环经济和再制造发展相比有一定的差距，特别是在标准方面，文章对此提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | As China joins the WTO, the industrial economy is now in a period of take-off. At the same time, resources wasting and environmental pollution restricts the sustainable development in China. In the last century, developed countries have successfully explored the recycling economy, made the laws, regulations and standards for circular economy and re-manufacturing industries. Within that, equipment and remanufaetured automotive industry has become a leading model. At present, China was behind the developed countries in circular economy and re-manufacturing industries, especially in standards. The essay gives some suggestions on it. |
