提高江苏综合竞争力研究

以科学发展观为指导,以马克思主义经济学原理为基础,吸收、借鉴当今国际国内有关竞争力理论研究的科学成果与方法,紧密结合江苏经济社会发展实际,以推进江苏富民强省、“两个率先”为目的,本文概要评述了竞争力研究的已有文献,提出了地区竞争力评价系统的构建方法与框架,从与广东、山东、浙江、上海的比较中对江苏综合竞争力给予实证解析,在此基础上就提升江苏综合竞争力提出了政策建议。

On Promotion of Jiangsu's Overall Competitive Power

Guided by the viewpoints of scientific development,based on the principles of Marxist economics,this programme has absorbed and borrowed scientific achievements and methods on the theoretical studies of competitive power home and abroad at present,and closely combined with the economic and social reality in Jiangsu,so as to promote Jiangsu to enrich the people and to strengthen the province and to achieve the "two leadings";It has also made a general comments of the documentary materials concerning the researches on competitive power,and put forward the method and frame to set up the evaluation system of regional competitive power,as well as the factual analysis of the overal competitive power of Jiangsu after comparing with those of Guangdong,Shandong,Zhejiang and Shanghai,and finally proposed some suggestions on the policy to promote Jiangsu's overall competitive power.
