| 摘 要： | 建设节约型社会,实现人与自然协调发展,既是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求和重要内容,也是全面建设小康社会、实现可持续发展的战略选择.而节约与集约利用土地,是贯彻科学发展观、积极推进资源节约型社会建设的内在要求.在剖析节约型社会及节约与集约用地含义的基础上,分析了节约与集约用地在建立节约型社会中的地位和作用,并提出了当前建设节约型社会中节约和集约用地的建议和对策.

| Abstract: | Building a resource-economical society and realizing harmonious development between human beings and nature are not only an intrinsic requirement and important content in carrying out the notion of scientific development and establishing a harmonious socialist society, but also a strategic choice in building an affluent society and realizing sustainable development, while economical and intensive use of land is an intrinsic requirement in carrying out the notion of scientific development and promoting the establishment of a resource-economical society. This paper, based on analyzing the implication of an economical society and economical and intensive use of land, discusses the status and function of economical and intensive use of land, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the economical and intensive use of land. |
