| 摘 要： | 控制工程项目成本,提高经济效益是施工企业经营最终的追求目标,也是企业生存与发展的根本保证。项目成本控制的根本目的在于通过成本管理的各种手段,达到实现最低的目标成本的要求。分析了施工企业成本控制的重要作用,并指出了成本控制的有效途径。
