北京市人口老龄化的空间特征及影响因素

通过分析第五次人口普查资料发现:北京市老年人口呈圈层式分布特征,城市中心区老龄型家庭最多;多因素相关分析表明,自然加龄和非老年人口外迁是造成中心区老龄化的主要原因,年龄结构年轻化的外来人口迁入近郊也成为导致中心区老龄化水平相对更高的因素之一.提出了新建社区户型多样化、完善基层社区的老年福利设施和服务保障体系建设等针对性建议.

On Spatial Differences of Elderly Distribution and Its Influencing Factors in Beijing City

Based on spatial analysis of the fifth census data, this essay focuses on the spatial distribution of the elder residents in Beijing. It is found that the distribution of the elderly forms a circular structure, and the most elder families are concentrated in the inner city. Though multiple regression, this paper found that net-aging-in-place and the move-out of non-elderly are the main factors, while young immigrant's moving into the suburb are also causing the high ratio of aging in the inner city. Suggestions are given such as encouraging a variety range of housing types to avoid aging segregation, and advocating the accessibility of the elderly to urban services and amenities to improve their quality of life.
