| 摘 要： | 对广东省建设用地变化特征、影响因子以及驱动机制进行全面深入的研究,对于探索建设用地需求的内在机制以及合理配置用地有着重要意义。分析1996-2007年广东省建设用地变化,发现内部空间差异显著,其分布格局与经济格局一致。运用SPSS软件对广东省建设用地需求的影响因子及驱动机制进行定量分析,发现影响因子可以归纳为2个因子,即人口与经济因子和产业结构因子,各因子对建设用地需求的影响作用大小存在差异。

| Abstract: | To conduct a comprehensive in-depth study about change characteristics,impact factors and driving mechanism of construction land in Guangdong province is important for exploring the internal mechanisms and the rational allocation of land.By analyzing the change of construction land between 1996 and 2007 in Guangdong province,we found a significant difference in interior space,and its distribution pattern is consistent with the economic pattern.Through quantitative analysis of affecting factors and driving mechanism of demand for construction land in Guangdong Province,we found that affecting factors can be summed up as two factors,namely,factor of population and economy and factor of industrial structure,which impact demand of construction land in Guangdong Province to a different extent. |
